Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances can arise, and I appreciate your understanding of the need for this policy.
It's important to note that last-minute cancellations make it challenging for me to fill that time slot with another client, resulting in loss of income. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting my time is crucial in maintaining the high level of service I strive to provide.
If you fail to show up (NO SHOW), 100% of your service will be charged.
For cancellations within 24 hours’ notice, 50% of your scheduled appointment will be charged.
Exceptions could be considered on a case-by-case basis. With that being said, if you’re feeling sick, please reach out. And I will gladly accommodate you when you feel better, so that we can all stay healthy!
